Ben Arnon
I work across tech, entrepreneurship, film and television, writing, photography, and agentic AI design — and the work that breaks through happens where they collide.
Entrepreneur and producer. I helped scale tech startup, Wildfire, from 6 to 400+ people before its acquisition by Google, and I've held creative and business roles at Universal Pictures, Universal Music Group, Jersey Films, Yahoo! Music, and Scott Rudin Productions. Today I make film and television with Color Farm Media, build and deploy leadership curricula with Color Farm Impact, and spend much of my time designing and building agentic AI systems.

Agentic AI
Designing and building agentic systems
I'm a twin. I also have a digital twin: a folder of documents that knows how I work, that any AI tool can open, and that agents run against while I sleep. It reads every meeting transcript and files what matters, drafts my follow-ups, builds and ships software, and checks its own work. I supervise a system; I don't operate a chatbot. I've gone from prototypes to production-ready products as a non-coder, and I find it incredibly energizing.

Writing
A decade at HuffPost, and The Multiplier
Contributing writer and photographer at HuffPost from 2008 to 2018 — social commentary on visual arts, culture, society, digital media and politics. At Emory University, a senior thesis on the history of the U.S. recorded music industry's market segmentation along racial lines.
The Multiplier is where I write now: essays on interdisciplinary thinking, AI, and the shift from prompting to building — vibe coding and its production reality check, context engineering, orchestrating intelligence at scale, and why interdisciplinary thinkers are the ones the job market wants.
